To accommodate changes to your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time. For cancellations made within this time frame, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the services booked. In the event of a no-call no-show situation, where an appointment is missed without notification, the full cost of the services booked will be charged. Last-minute cancellations or changes can significantly impact both our business and our dedicated stylists. These time slots are valuable and difficult to fill on short notice, resulting in lost income.

Upon completion of your appointment, you will receive comprehensive guidance on extension care; including washing techniques, styling tips, sunscreen application, and maintenance routines to ensure your investment.
